Potential side effects
  • Raised BP
  • Hepatic dysfunction
  • Renal dysfunction

Pre-Rx check
  • BP
  • FBC; LFTs; UCEs; eGFR; lipids
  • Pregnancy test

If BP raised, consider 
  • Rx calcium-antagonist to prevent renal loss
